Laura O'Neill

Laura began her career in insurance when she opened Cornerstone in 2001 alongside Dave Barsness, and has enjoyed protecting her clients ever since! Her previous experience in real estate and financial services helps her set up the correct amount of coverage on your home, auto and life. Laura says that what she enjoys most about working at Cornerstone is “getting to know our customers, and helping them tailor their coverage over the years as their lives and needs change.” Laura has served on several agent councils throughout her career, including the Progressive Insurance National Agent Council (2018-2022) and is currently serving on the Travelers National Producer Council (2021-current). In her free time, Laura loves spending time with her family (especially her nieces and nephews), running her 501c3 charity Fan Club Foundation, participating as a member of the Victoria Lions, volunteering in the community with Classic Car Nights in Victoria and traveling. Laura grew up in Chanhassen, MN and currently lives in Chaska, MN and Fountain Hills, AZ.

Teresa O’Neill

Teresa began her career in insurance in 2014, and she's been loving it ever since! Teresa loves to protect our clients, and help everyone understand the value of having good protection. Teresa grew up in Carver County and has lived here most of her life. In her free time, Teresa enjoys spending time with her wife and their fur-babies up at ther cabin in Long Prairie, MN. She also loves to stay active, whether it's playing on multiple softball teams in the summer or competing in broomball in the winter. In case you couldn't tell - Teresa and Laura are sisters, too!

Holli Janke

Customer Service Representative

Holli joined Cornerstone back in 2023 as a CSR, but prior to that, she was a long-time client! Holli and her husband Jason live in Buffalo, MN and are recent "empty nesters" since their youngest son left for college in the fall of 2024. After a long career in the beauty industry, Holli made the leap to work in insurance in '23 and she's been doing great learning all the details that come with the job. She loves taking care of our clients and helping them to really understand the value and importance of having good coverage.

I was born and raised in Waconia, Minnesota, and have a deep appreciation for everything our state has to offer. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors and making the most of Minnesota’s seasons, whether that’s playing sand volleyball, going for walks, or spending time with my golden retriever, Winnie.

What I enjoy most about working in the insurance industry is the opportunity to educate and support others. I believe in helping people understand the importance of having the right coverage and ensuring they are properly protected. Providing guidance and doing the right thing for our clients is what makes this work rewarding.

Tyler began his career in insurance in 2023 after graduating from North Dakota State University. Tyler enjoys being able to help protect people’s favorite/most important belongings to them, as well as sharing the importance of being covered properly. Tyler grew up in Carver County and has lived here all his life. Outside of work he enjoys golfing, fishing, snowmobiling, sports, and anything else outdoors.
